Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at returns@different.store. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund. After 12 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled. For urgent cancellations, contact us at support@different.store immediately.

Exchanges/Returns

General Policy: We do not accept returns unless items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we offer a replacement or a full refund:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Choose between a refund or a replacement.
  • Incorrect Items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.

For items missing parts that do not affect function, we may offer a partial refund or send the missing part. If the missing part is crucial, we will resend the product. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages; in such cases, please file a police report and contact your local post office.

Color and Appearance: As detailed in our Color/Image/Description Disclaimer, small variations in color, texture, or appearance due to differences in display settings or manufacturing processes do not qualify as defects. Therefore, products are not eligible for return or refund based on these variations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are non-refundable and must be paid by you. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at returns@different.store if you do not receive your refund after 15 business days. Note: We cannot refund to a different credit/debit card for security reasons.

Address Errors

Ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address after receiving a shipping confirmation, we may not be able to accommodate changes or offer refunds. Contact us immediately if an error occurs.

Customs & Import Duties

We are not responsible for customs clearance charges, import duties, or local taxes. These fees are out of our control and will not be reimbursed. The buyer is responsible for all duties/fees incurred and claims made with the shipping carrier.
